"Illness, pain, disease and sickness" are the best reminders which remind us of the importance of "Health". Lots of time, we take " being healthy" for granted and forget to cherish the priceless and the most valuable gift with blessings.
I used to read the conversation between a wise old man and a young man.
A young man was in short of money, and he asked a wise old man for some advice.
The wise old man said to the young man, " I would like to buy your eyes with two million dollars. Would you like to sell them to me?"
The young man replied with a negative answer, " No."
The wise old man kept asking the young man, " I would like to buy your two legs with another two million dollars. Would you like to sell them to me?"
The young man replied with a negative answer again, " Of course not."
The wise old man kept asking the young man, " I would like to buy your two hands with another two million dollars. Would you like to sell them to me?"
The young man replied with a negative answer again, " Certainly not."
The wise old man kept asking the young man once again, " I would like to buy your ears with another two million dollars. Would you like to sell them to me?"
The young man replied with a negative answer again, " definitely not."
The wise old man kept asking the young man once again, " I would like to buy your mouth and nose with another two million dollars. Would you like to sell them to me?"
The young man replied with a negative answer again, " Surely not."
The wise old man replied with a smile, " See, you are already a billionaire since you have a healthy body. With the positive attitude and active acts, you are already the richest person in the world."
Maybe we don't have to suffer from the illness, sickness, pain or disease, bit we can still feel thankful for healthy bodies, high spirits and peaceful mindsets.
