【選票流失之分析方法】,與商業上常用的客戶流失分析方法很像,個人淺見如下: 通常必須先分群,因為不同群的特質可能不太相同,放在一起討論會雞同鴨講,無法歸納出結論。例如,依流失嚴重程度、依年齡層、依藍綠光譜、依選區等等
再透過民調,廣為普查該群(隨機挑出該屬性群約600人上下) ,目的為印證該30人提出原因確實有其代表性。 Focus Group 及民調之後,才能建議給執政團隊來對症下藥. 先前KMT曾提出全體一體適用的"敗選報告",對我個人來看,粗糙且原始! DPP在分群的觀念似乎比較先進步些,共勉之! 註: Focus Group --- a small group of people, specially chosen to represent different social classes, etc., who are asked to discuss and give their opinions about a particular subject(在主持人引導下). The information obtained is used by people doing market research, for example about new products or for a political party. |
