這幾天英小姐蒐集了一堆發票(collected a handful of uniform invoice or unified invoice)，決定要一試手氣，如果被我對中了，我就要把發票捐出去，做慈善(do charity work) 統一發票是統一格式的發票(a form of stanadardized receipt)，拿到的人都有機會成為百萬富翁(millionaire)，所以要好好保護這張「彩券」(lottery ticket)。統一發票也可以強迫店家繳稅(enforce all businesses to register and pay for the tax)，真是一舉數得。統一發票的尺寸也是格式化的，大約4公分寬，19公分長，上面也會印出客戶買過的品項(items bought by customers are listed on the 4cm by 19cm receipt)。

統一發票兩個月兌獎一次(the lucky draw is held bimonthly)，最高獎金兩百萬台幣grand prize NT$2 million [註：心想要是英小姐有這些錢，應該可以環遊世界一陣子，順便去法國體驗法國男的浪漫，哈哈，我想太多]。最低中獎額度是$200元，只要配對統一發票的後三碼就有了(with the matching of last three digits on the uniform invoice)。
