Every teacher should learn to be a better teacher like a hardworking student.

That is what I encourage myself all the time, "學習當老師 當學生學習"

I always believe everyone was born to experience life and love.

Everyone was born to learn more not only with hands and the head but also with the heart.

Even though everyone's IQ was born to be so different, EQ, CQ, AQ, HQ and SQ can be well-developed with hand-on, head-on and heart-on experiences in life.

沒有教不會的學生 只有尚未找到方法的老師

Everything can be learned with the right methods.

Everything can be negotiated, understood and communicated with the proper methods and manners.

However, it is quite sad to know the fact that lots of teachers and parents focus on the results of exams (scores of the performance).

I do beleive every kid has his/her unique way of learning, but not every kid knows how to score high in tests.

每個孩子都會讀書 但不見得每個孩子都會考試

但何苦把孩子訓練成考試機器呢

何不如把孩子教育成熱愛生命的好人呢

We don't need to train kids to be test takers and become excellent test machines.

Instead, can we spend time and energy educating kids to become passionate persons who have the willingness to share and love?
