"We come into the world crying while all around us are smiling." " We leave the world with a smile due to the reason that we have lived our lives without regrets while all around us are crying."

I used to feel sorry for the death, but right now I figure out that that's the final destination that everyone is bound to and no one can escape this final destination.


I used to feel excited about the new born babies, but right now I figure out that they come to the earth to fulfill their missions in life.

Wish everyone to be strong and energetic enough to welcome the challenges ahead in life.

Wish everyone to be brave and sincere enough to say goodbyes when it is time to say byes.

Wish everyone to have fewer regrets but more unforgettable memories when it is time to say byes.


Wish everyone to be happy and joyful enough to accept the saddness of losing his/her loved one and enjoy the happiness of having the blessings and regards from his/ her loved one.

Wish myself to be strong, brave, energetic, happy and joyful to live up to its fullest of my life.

Thanks  子建  for sharing this precious feeling and thougtful 守靈雜記 with us. Although a person is not here, his/ her heart and spirit will accompany us forever.

I am sorry to know the news but I am thankful to realize that I should cherish every minute of togetherness with my Dad who is already 77 years old.
