有形的袋子所裝的東西總是有限的，

A physical bag’s capacity is limited,

但是「心」卻可以裝很多東西而不佔空間，

but a “heart” can contain a lot of invisible things that take no space.

要把心裡的垃圾放下來， 

Free your heart from worries and cares,

這樣「心」才會自在。

because they are nothing but garbage. Clean it out and

your heart will be free.
