Do not let any unwholesome talk out of your mouths, but what is helpful for building others up according to their need, that it may benefit those who listen. (Ephesians 4:29)

有時(或常常)英文版本更讓人點頭連連。

1.      不要讓聽了有害身心(靈)的言語從你的口中說出來，

2.      而是要根據他們的需要，

3.      說出有益的話語來造就人，

4.      這樣做，或許會對那聽到的的人有益。（也只是或許）

尤其最後一句話，讓人不禁感嘆，即使說的人想說出對聽的人有益的話，但結果不必然是如此。

更別提說話時，若夾著 bitterness苦澀, rage 怒斥, anger生氣, brawling吵架 slander毀謗中傷, every form of malice以各種形式呈現的惡意，這些情緒，如火藥武器發射到對方內心國度時，會產生多大的衝擊，即使對方看起來，似乎什麼回應也沒有的樣子。

Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice (Ephesians 4:31)

所以，去除掉內心當中任何一點的惡吧。在潔白的衣服上，即使是一點點，那還是個存在的黑點。Fine linen stands for the righteous acts (Revelation 19:8)

The good man brings good things out of good stored up in him, and the evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in him.

善人從他心裡所積存的善，就發出善來；惡人從他心裡所存的惡，就發出惡來。

Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgive you.

好好親切地對待別人、帶著同情心站在他的立場理解，來原諒他人的過失，就像我們做錯時， 神與基督原諒我們一樣。

He said to me:” It is done. I am the Alpha and Omega, the Begging and the End. To him who is thirsty I will give to drink without cost from the spring of the water of life. (Revelation 21:6)

水不僅象徵生命，也真的孕育生命。

沒有水，會渴死；沒有水，萬物會枯乾，人類動物會餓死；沒有水，不能洗澡洗頭刷牙洗臉，會臭死癢死；沒有水，不能洗衣服，衣服會發爛作噁；沒有水，無法打掃環境，會引發SASS，會致病而死；沒有水，就無法洗掉骯髒的部分，徒然失去美好。

象徵生命水的話語，就是如此哪。
