Ladies and gentlemen,
I woke up in the morning and started surfing on the CT Blog.
Here I came across a sentence:
....."A fatal policy is even much worse than corruption.
The live example of Mao-Kong cable car is one of typical examples. ...."
I could not understand and started to check on-line dictionary. I
found there were " A real life example" or "living
example" were listed. There were no such expression "life example"
in my dictionary. Hey, that must be some thing wrong with me.
That response was posted by the top of the English grading in CT
Blog. Then I checked with American Prof S. He said that he would
not apply that usage "life English" in his English writing.
I was laughed at my poor English application but failed in finding
a good "life example" Therefore, people out there, please
listen. Don't scrutinize the perfection of my English. We are all here
to have a view. Be it a professor or a garbage collector.
We all have the same right.
BTW,I couldn't google "PRC" name in Asia it must be "PROC"
which comes out as an abbreviation of People's Republic Of China.
