Reality check.
I received $600 check from IRS based on our tax reture a few month
ago and immediately I used to buy a new laptop from Circuit City.
Did I need the new laptop? Not really to people like me with enough
saving. Did it help the economy? I doubt it. Circuit City, the 2nd big
electric chain store in America went bankrupt few days ago.
Now Taiwan wants to copy Uncle Sam's stimulating package. It would
fall into the same foot step and mistake of Uncle Sam and would not
help too much for the economy.
The recession is a world ecdemic and in my view its better use the
money wisely  to repair the public works like road bridge & so forth
for job creation and put more jobless people back to work.
