Life is not easy in this world. There is a jungle out there.
In 2001 our family encountered a financial crisis. The big
rock slide caused the Yosemite NP to close highway 140
for an indefinite period and we could not generate any income.
I asked Dr. Huber, my private motel lender, in Santa Monica
church.I asked his favor if he could adjust mortgage interests
from 12% to 8% while most bank would be willing to do to
cooperate by lowing down the rate. You know what his
answer:"Sorry, I got my bill to pay. If you don't pay in time I
will have to foreclose your property." No mercy no understanding.
As a result, Jr. came to help and I had to sell my jewelry watch my
car and mansion in Glendale to deal with the crisis.
That is not all about how bad the so-called preacher Dr. Huber was.

When good chance presented to me in 2005 I was selling partial
 land to my neighbour at a health and good sum to pay off my
mortgage. Before closing escrow I was told by the escrow that
the lender and credit Union refused to reveal lender's Phone and
Address. In another words, Dr. does not want me closing the escrow.
I considered that was a crime.
I went the local DA office and asked Prosecutor name R.B for help.

DA, after my explained the situation, started searching from his Data
in his computer and located many names under the Huber with
criminal records. He located the name and the telephone of the credit
Union and asked the staff in charge what is going on with my
transaction. Since DA was asking in his official capacity about the
private lender's name and where he was. He demanded that a
quick response be provided immdediatly.
After that DA told me to go home and waited his reply.

Sure enough. The next day I was called by the escrow officer that the
lender agreed to close the escrow by paying off the mortgage. In a
week I was a rich man without mortgage any more. I told my friend
Jim that I wanted to thank DA for his assistance. Jim said:
"You do not have to. DA is supposed to help people. That is what we
tax-payer have paid them to do their job."
Viva America!!! Some time I still joke about that so called phony
Preacher.
