Dear Friends,

I am blogging because I like to kill time brush up my English tell
what I think and like talk-show guest say what they like to say.
Nothing personal. Some of the stuff might be premature childish some
time even offending. I am trying to be fair in my comments that might
not be pleasing to any one who happens to drop in. If you find them
offending just take it as a joke of the day and do not take it seriously.
Like I am conducting my business in a way of my own nature I consider
you are one of our guests and treat you friendly. However, as guest of
our motel you might have to follow, regrettable to say, my rules;

1. Credit Voucher is a contract that once you sign its a done deal. 
2. Our rules is that guest is required to inspect room before check-in after
 signed the contract no refund is allowed by this motel.
3. All propane gas heaters are off in the summer we offer what we have.
4.We do not provide in room telephone in this motel.
5. If the room smells bad please hit the road of Highway 140 before you
 sign the contract. I am not going to tolerat the fabrication of public slandering
 the story. Any accusation will be dealt with proper legal procedure.
 You take room as it is. You like it, you take it. You don't, highway 140.
6. There is no free lunch here, nor breakfast or coffee. 
  No free loader is permitted in this premises. We are running a business
  not a charity.
7. This motel has been staying business for 18 years. If desired a 5 star
   hotel services you are welcomed to go elsewhere. In Yosemite Park
   you are welcomed to stay in a tent cabin with shared shower and
   no electricity at $85.00. You paid what its more than its value with $69.15
     plus tax charges with hot shower and private bath.
8. The health Safety Code is rule by the government. Not every individual can
     make the law himself and take the law into your own hand with your own
     interpretation.
9. I stand by the rules of the motel, like it or not, you have your choice.
10. Any bank like WF if accept guest claim and charge back the fund then
     I am also in a position to take legal action to protect
      my right. No one can dispute the rules of signed contract internationally.

We are living in a world  by the rules and order of international law. Other

than that it will be dealt with accordingly.
