Cleveland Cavaliers made history yesterday to become the first team trailing 1-3 to win the title in NBA Final, and it was the first title ever for the club.  Well, it was also kind of a blooper for a team who made history in 2015-2016 regular season with 73 wins but lost the title in final: Golden States Warriors. 

But basketball is always a big guys game, and a team cant be great without competent centers.  Even a team like Warriors, who boasts of four excellent three-pointer shooters out of five line-ups, still they need Andrew Bogut to play at least half of time to help make paint area a nearer and easier place for scoring in case his teammates are not doing well in long-range shooting.  In defense. a capable center in paint area could deter players like LaBron James from bombarding the basket.  So when I heard of Andrew Bogut was hurt in game five and out of the rest of the games, then I knew it would be tough for Warriors to defend their title.   

Anyway, relying only on three-pointers to win all the time is impractical and unsustainable, so a top-notch center necessitates forming a great team like Warriors.  Speaking of center, the trophy of FMVP is named after Bill Russell, one of the greatest centers in NBA history.  Russell himself was there in the game, and was supposed to award the prize to the winner LaBron James.  But from the scene, I noticed gray-haired Russell, at 82, was somewhat cold-shouldered on the platform.  So disgraceful for the ceremony.
