這四天下來我認為大家學到最重要的無非就是如何適應習慣艱困的環境，我們要學習怎麼樣克服難關，即便是無法避免的意外，我們怎麼快速回到最佳狀態，在這種情況下，很容易會想要抱怨，甚至容易相互責怪，但我們都發現鼓勵給與支持，還有主動服務，其實才是使整個團隊前進的好方法。有天，我們都會進入公司上班，不一定都是舒適和能發展自己所長的職位或工作內容，我們都要有吃苦耐勞的精神，並且聽從上級的指示命令，還要與共同努力的工作夥伴好好相處。

      我相信在這次的過程中所學到的精神跟態度，都是能夠奠定我們未來的做人處事，更棒的精神是我們不只對於自己團隊的好態度，我們對於這幾天的服務人員，飯店和餐廳的服務生，清潔人員，我們展現尊重跟禮貌，我們畢恭畢敬，也會體諒他們的辛勞。這就是一個有能力的人的特質，我們無比尊敬他人，也懂得如何體貼。

     In these four days, I think that the most important thing you can learn is how to adapt to the difficult situation. We must learn how to overcome the difficulties we faced, even if it is an unavoidable accident, how can we quickly return to our best state? In this case it’s easy for people to complain and even blame each other, but we’ve found that being encouraging, supportive and proactive are really good ways to move the entire team forward. One day, we will all enter a company and work.

    Not necessarily all circumstances are comfortable for you and able to develop your own positions or work content. We must have the spirit of hard work and hard work, and follow the instructions of our commanders, and we must work well with our working partners.  Get along. I believe that the spirit and attitude learned in this process are all capable of laying the foundation for our future.
