What every boy wants is a father that loves and supports him in whatever he does. Similarly, very few women wouldn’t appreciate a handsome man who is gentle with kids, cooks fabulous meals, and fixes things around the house without complaining. That is unless he is an escaped convict, of course.

Single mother Adele Wheeler and her 13-year-old son Henry know what this is like firsthand. At the superstore, they encounter a man named Frank Chambers, who is hurt and clearly in need of help. He convinces them to give him a ride to their home, where he later reveals he is running away from the police. Is Frank going to hurt them, or is he the answer they have been waiting for?
