在英文寫作班中，學生在寫作的過程，常常有一個難處，就是「從來沒有想過這個問題！」寫作就是在訓練自己思考和觀察自己週邊，然後用去蕪存菁的方式，表達出來，與口說是一體兩面的。

上個星期，我請他們寫一片文章：「你喜歡個人或是以小組的方式完成一個project?」 每個人的觀點和理由都很有趣！

這是其中一位年紀比較小的國中同學寫的文章，提出來和大家分享，如果有看官覺得不錯的，也請給他掌聲鼓勵鼓勵喔！（小孩子需要鼓勵的）

People usually achieve a project in a team, such as a company one or school's. I believe working independently is far more efficient.

First of all, I have got may perspectives to many things, and I like to share my own to others. By working on my own, my opinions won't conflict with others. Moreover, it is hard to confront others about their work face to face. It can always be very embarrassing and make the atmosphere awkward. In addition, I won't encounter lazy teammates that waste my time so I can finish the project on time.

In the other hand, I have to spend more time on working on the project because I can't share the workload with anyone else. Although I can express my perspectives thoroughly, I may be unsatisfied to what the project comes out.

In summary, achieving a project independently might makes me much burdened sometimes, but I still prefer to work on my own and enjoy the progress and fruit.
