這道馬卡龍點心是法國甜點大師Pierre Herme創作出來的。粉紅色大片馬卡龍夾著奶油、玫瑰糖漿、義大利蛋白霜以及蛋黃奶油餡混合的內餡,周圍放上一圈覆盆子,中間填上一些荔枝。一開始對這樣點心的口味存著疑惑。可是一口咬下去馬上發現哪種美味真的是極品! Dan說這是他這幾個月吃到最棒的點心了。剩下兩個,一堆朋友爭著要吃。Pierre Herme大師的食譜創作真是不同凡響啊!
Ispahan食譜
Ispahan is a famous dessert created by French pastry chef Pierre Herme. Pink large size macarons with rose butter cream filling made by combining rose syrup, Italian meringue, and crème anglaise. The center is filled with a spoonful of lychee and the side is surrounded by a ring of rasberries. I don't normally like raspberries. However, when I have a bite of Ispahan, everything together creates the magic. This is the best dessert I've experimented on Pierre Herme's recipes so far. Thank you Sam for the wonderful shots!
