很久沒有吃到這道菜了。想想這道菜算是可以介紹給外國人想吃中國菜很好的例子。看著一些食譜麻煩的做法和材料,我又來發明個簡單的方法。一大盤很快就被吃光光就知道有多美味了

材料:

  • 4把粉絲用冷水泡軟
  • 5朵香菇泡軟切絲
  • 1顆洋蔥切絲
  • 1/2磅絞肉
  • 3根青蔥切碎
  • 1小把油蔥
  • 1大匙香油
  • 2大匙蔬菜油
  • 高湯適量
  • 醬油適量
  • 鹽巴適量

做法:

  1. 熱油鍋把洋蔥和青蔥炒到香軟。
  2. 加入油蔥、醬油、香菇和絞肉繼續拌炒。
  3. 到入高湯。水滾後加入粉絲拌炒到上色。加入鹽巴和香油調味。
  4. 起鍋後在表面灑上蔥花。

Hi. It's nice to know that you are from Seattle. The picture of Space Needle was a hint. I have traveled to Seattle in 2005 and it's the best city in US.

螞蟻上樹 you created looks delicious. I myself is a food technologist and enjoy making food too. It's not much of choice when you live in another country. It's the same in New Zealand. I had to make most of food myself if I got cravings.
