引用文章宜居城市排名的依據合理嗎?

好的中英翻譯需要有好的英文功力，與好的中文底子。二者缺一不可。所以我並不認為英文好的人一定可以把中英翻譯做得好。

想不到，離開大學許久，這種頭大的感覺又出現了。

而原文是：

也許小標題如同大標題(原文為：Why The 'Livable Cities' Rankings Are Wrong)，為了吸引讀者，所以語句較內文為之精簡。但各位如不詳讀內文，會了解中譯後的小標題的意思嗎？

沒關係，作者用標題吸引讀者看文章，合理。那內文的翻譯，我們就來看看功力如何。

當然我也認為，讓讀者讀懂翻譯文章與讓讀者輕鬆地讀懂翻譯文章，是二種不同的翻譯功力。

比較中、英二文後，以下舉例一些不順或不恰當的翻譯。
