INGREDIENTS
2 cups all-purpose flour 2杯中筋麵粉
1 teaspoon baking soda 1茶匙 小蘇打粉
1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4茶匙 塩
1/2 cup butter 1/2杯 牛油
3/4 cup brown sugar 3/4杯 紅糖
2 eggs, beaten 2個蛋
2 1/3 cups mashed overripe bananas 2-3條中型香蕉
DIRECTIONS 作法
1. Preheat oven to 365 degrees F (For my oven). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan. pre-mesh the bananas. 烤箱預熱至365度. 把一個約9x5大小的烤盤上薄薄一層油(我都只用抄菜的蔬菜油而以) 把香蕉先攪成泥(我用用來做馬苓薯泥的用具來用, 用一般叉子也行, 只是比較花時間而以)
2. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture; stir just to moisten. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. 用一個大碗, 把中筋麵粉, 小蘇打粉, 及塩混合. 用另一個碗, 把牛油及紅糖拌勻後, 加入蛋及香蕉泥, 再拌勻. 把已混好的成品倒入麵粉中混合直到全部融入. 把麵糊倒入準備好的烤盤裡.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 70 minutes (for my oven), until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack. 烤70分鐘或直到裡面的麵糊熟透(用一支筷子或類似筷子的東西插到中心, 拿出來時如果沒有任何黏著物即可.) 把烤盤拿出來放涼.
