My colleague has a lovely 18-months old daughter.  The father gave me a cell phone snap shot of her, and asked me to do a portrait.  I felt that for this photo, watercolor seemed to be the best choice.  Here is the result.

My watercolor skill is at the beginner's level, so this is only an "okay" work.  Did not turn out to be too good.  Main reason, the snap shot was not very clear.  I couldn't see the back side of the head and hair.  So I tried once to give her a pair of cherub's wings, unfortunately it didn't work out.  So I changed everything into the current result.

I think next time, if similar request happens, I will have to insist on either getting a clearer picture or I can have more photos from various angles.
