已經買不到的酒，將之做個簡單紀錄如下。 ================================ Comte Georges de Vogue, Chambolle Musigny 1999 喝到這隻酒時它已開瓶一天了，不過酒質基本上仍是相當不錯。 表層香氣帶有香料及木桶系的風味，混合著一些黑莓果的香氣， 與印象中的勃根地酒不太像，反而與隆河酒比較接近；只有底層 的一些紅莓果香令人覺得有些Pinot Noir的樣子。酒體以勃根地 酒而言算是厚實，雖開瓶一天但集中度仍然不錯，單寧明顯而細 緻。 WS:88 Beautiful Pinot Noir. Full-bodied and ripe, but also elegant, showing good spicy blackberry character. Sweet-tasting overall, with chestnut notes lingering on the finish. Drink now through 2005. (PM) ================================ Louis Latour, Puligny Montrachet Les Truffieres 1999 這隻酒是和前一隻Chambolle Musigny一起喝到的，當時也已經開 了一天了。它帶有奶油風味及一些梨子香氣，口感的變化度不錯， 尾韻帶有明顯的礦石風味，但整體而言粗糙了些。雖然WS給它的評 分相當難堪，但個人認為若以當天的表現而言，分數應當不會這麼 低。 WS:78 Odd, with a charred, astringent character; the oak really comes through. Tastes mature, with a chewy, tough finish. (PM) ================================ Bodegas Muga, Torre Muga Reserva 1994 香氣是濃郁的黑梅香及燻烤、奶油等橡木桶系的風味，並帶有一絲 檀香木的氣味，之後則是有些香料風味。酒體圓潤且單寧已十分柔 細，相當好喝的一隻酒。 WS:90 This red marries elegance and concentration, with ripe plum and blackberry flavors, toasty, cola-scented oak notes and lovely spice accents. A bit tightly wound now, it should be gorgeous with a bit of age. Best from 1999 through 2010. (TM) ================================ Leeuwin, Chardonnay Margaret River Art Series 1998 相當不錯的一隻澳洲白酒。香氣是濃郁的杏桃香，酒體並不是很厚 但是整體架構及口感複雜度都不錯，尾韻帶有一些礦石的風味，長 度佳。 WS:94 Ravishing, remarkable for its densely packed flavors and elegant frame, a panoply of nectarine, pineapple, mineral, oatmeal and honey flavors that linger intensely after playing out on the palate. Echoes forever, and it's built to last in the cellar. Drink now through 2013. 3,000 cases made. (HS) ================================ Diel, Estate Riesling Auslese 1999 這隻酒相當不錯，帶有高雅的蜂蜜香氣。口感十分圓潤，喝起來相 當的細緻且均衡，尾韻則是帶有一些礦石風味及微微的甘味。 ================================ Rosemount, Syrah McLaren Vale Balmoral 1998 香氣在開始時帶有香料及黑梅風味，之後則是發展出類似甘草或是 一些中藥草般的氣味，酒體紮實且單寧細緻，餘韻長度不錯。 WS:92 Firm in texture, aiming for elegance over power, with delicious blueberry and plum fruit at the core, shaded with hints of sweet spices and toast. Fine tannins can use some cellar time. 2,500 cases imported. (HS) ================================ Domaine Hudelot Noellat Vosne Romanee Les Suchots 1999 剛開瓶時的香氣十分甜美，有著紅莓果、果醬及草莓等香氣，較之 前喝過的96、98年都來得外放。之後則出現熟悉的乾草(或樹幹)風 味。單寧的量還很充足，現在喝起來感覺有些緊緻，酒質的持續力 不若96，且衰落的速度比預期中快，或許再過個幾年看看? |
