最近在思惟許多事情, 直到看到這幾句禪話, 整個人才豁然開朗. 
不知道是誰寫的. 但意境非常深遠.  

The person who is a master in the art of living
生活藝術大師
  makes little distinction between
  通常不會去區分
  their work and their play, 
  他們的工作和他們的玩耍,
  their labor and their leisure, 
  他們的勞動和他們的休閒,
  their mind and their body, 
  他們的心靈和他們的軀體,
  their education and their recreation, 
  他們的訓練和他們的娛樂,
  their love and their religion.
  他們的愛和他們的宗教.

They hardly know which is which.
他們幾乎不知道各個差別在哪裡.

They simply pursue their vision of 
  excellence and grace in whatever they do,
他們做任何事都只是在追求他們自己理念的至尊與慈恩,
  leaving others to decide 
  whether they are working or playing.
而讓其他人去判斷他們到底是在工作還是在玩. 

To them, they are always doing both.
因為對他們而言, 他們總是同時在做這兩件事的.
