My life doesn't evolve around happiness but rather a greater or lessor degree of sadness.

So you see God has carried me the whole way therefore I see only one set of footprints, HIS. Amen.

His Love

His tears were shed when thorns
brought blood on the mountain
by way of the cross his life he
Gave to save our world from loss.

Oh! I gaze towards this mountain
with it's peak at heavens door
I hope to reach the summit to
be with Him once more

Each day I walk this mountain
path by faith I'm left to climb
I pray He'll let me enter when
I leave this world behind.

To know which path to seek
it's not that hard to find
just follow the trail of blood
He so willingly left behind.
