| It will be Dragon Boat Festival this Sunday... Valen, Clair, Amanda and me acted a very famous drama "The tale of the white snake" for kids. White snake &Xu Xian  White snake & Green snake  White snake & Fa Hai  Honestly, I look more like a ghost than a snake.  Clair came up a game for kids. Each kid from two groups had to hold a ball and moved his body to the end of the line. This game is a little bit like dragon boat race but the simple version.  This year except making the envelope rice dumpling craft, we also let kids make their own dragon boats. Kids from Honey Bear  kids from Cute mama  One of the students named Claire is very smart. She puts the dragon boat craft on her ears and it looks more like a very cute hat than just a craft.  I was surprised by how good the kids can color and also their imagination. *One tip for making dragon boat: Using "straw" instead of "wooden chopstick" for the handle, it will be easiler to staple. |
