丟饅頭屑慘噴1.5萬！還要寫悔過書　

林業署查緝大雪山誘鳥歪風 大雪山地區鳥類資源豐富，是中部重要的賞鳥及生態攝影景點，但透過拋撒飼料、播放鳥音引誘鳥類靠近，以利「擺拍」的手法時有可聞。近來是山區賞鳥旺季，林業及自然保育署台中分署除了架設監視攝影機，每日將增加4組人力，不定期於熱門賞鳥景點巡查。

台中分署透露，曾有人以饅頭碎屑吸引藍腹鷴靠近，最後付出當庭提交悔過書、繳交1萬5千元處分金等代價，才換得緩起訴處分。

林業及自然保育署台中分署近期接獲檢舉，有民眾在大雪山區域餵食引誘鳥類進行拍攝，為了遏阻不當拍鳥歪風，除了已在熱門的大雪山林道23.5K賞鳥平台、小雪山資訊站停車場等處架設監視攝影機，將於每日增加4組人力，不定期於熱門賞鳥景點進行巡查，若發現不當餵食誘拍，將依法移請檢警偵辦。

台中分署表示，透過餵食、鳥音引誘鳥類靠近，甚至改變環境或捕抓野生鳥類行為，不但會干擾鳥類生活習性，更可能連帶影響棲地內所有野生動物，讓野生動物受傷、影響族群存續；近距離接觸時，也可能在無意間增加人獸衝突或感染共通疾病風險。

台中分署指出，2021年曾配合錄影舉發，查獲民眾無視禁止餵食鳥類牌示，利用饅頭碎屑吸引藍腹鷴靠近，由保7警台中分隊及台中地檢署偵辦後，認定違反《野生動物保育法》事實明確，判處緩起訴一年，須當庭提交悔過書並繳交1萬5千元處分金。

此外，民眾任意拋撒飼料、丟棄垃圾或食物，已觸犯《廢棄物清理法》第50條規定，可處1,200元以上6千元以下罰鍰；誘拍或干擾保育類野生動物，依《野生動物保育法》第42條，最高可處2年以下有期徒刑、拘役或科或併科10萬元以上50萬元以下罰金。
