全民瘋搶00940！統一董座羅智先直言「真的看不懂」 銀行董總示警了

周刊王CTWANT |謝佳娟 元大投信推出的「元大台灣價值高息ETF（00940）」喊出月月配息，吸引全民掀起一波搶買潮，才開放申購短短2天就吸金千億台幣。對此，統一集團董事長羅智先表示，今年全世界的經濟指標都不太樂觀，但台股卻脫鉤「活在另一個世界」，直言看不懂今年景氣變化；另外國泰金總經理李長庚則透露，並未看到大量解約保單，轉投資00940的情形。

談及近期ETF募集熱潮話題，統一集團董座羅智先表示，對於今年的景氣展望他實在「看不懂」，今年全世界的經濟指標不是很令人振奮，但國內股票市場卻與經濟背道而馳，像是活在另一個世界，尤其是ETF募集竟爆出千億巨量規模，讓他震驚不已。

至於是否出現保單解約潮？國泰金總經理李長庚指出，並未看到保戶大量解約保單轉投資ETF的現象，整體來看國壽保單解約非常不明顯，不過他也收到友人傳來的照片，發現竟有出家人解定存買ETF，驚訝直呼「熱到這個程度蠻嚇人」。

對此，星展銀行消費金融處處長孫可基也透露，之所以並未傳出客戶解定存的災情，原因是「客戶通常有兩套錢」，一套是放在外銀的外幣資產投資，用來佈局全球資產配置規劃，另一套則是放在台灣各大銀行的台幣，若想轉買ETF通常只會動用到部分台幣資產，因此影響不大，不過他仍提醒投資人小心「擦鞋童現象」，股市可能已經有過熱風險。
