I think we Chinese never understood the difference between  heart and mind.

heart is so soft and mind is strong.

heart is vulnerable and mind is so capable

build up your mind but touch one's heart with gentle

Do not use your mind to love but your heart.

Do not push your heart by your mind

Chinese can't open one's heart to other because we don't know how to repect one's heart

So, everyone is closing his/her heart and use mind to love which is totally wrong.

Of course, first to learn how to respect your own heart is very important

Use your mind strongly in love other than someone is not worth to be love ...............Period
