慢性B肝患者:
我是慢性B肝患者.現在每年只做三種血液檢查:
1. 血小板,platelet
       n : tiny bits of protoplasm found in vertebrate blood; essential
           for blood clotting [syn: {blood platelet}, {thrombocyte}]
   When 慢性B肝 activated, the 1st you will notice is the 血小板 count
   became abnormal. Mine in 1993 was 121 when Dr. immediately
   referred me to Liver specialist Dr. Chen.
  A. when in 12/2/1998 the 血小板 was dropped to 37 counts, Dr. Chen
       immediately told me to stop the Chinese Ganbonin because of the
       potential danger of causing "Heart failure" as it is getting worse and
       your heart will stop functioning.

  B. I was hospitalized and had immediate flight on 5/11/08
      to Big hospital for  installing a "Pacemaker" because of
      heart beats (pulse) was  dropped to 29/minutes that is
      the result of 血小板related cause.
  C. To me, 血小板 is the indicator that whether you are 100% cured
      from  慢性B肝. If any doctors or scientist finds way to make
       慢性B肝's 血小板 back to normal livel, he/she could win a
       Nobel price.
      
2. AFP,胎兒蛋白 [syn: {alpha fetoprotein},n : an abnormally large amount of this
         fetoprotein in the fetus can signal an abnormality of the neural
         tube (as spina bifida or anencephaly)
An indicator of liver cancer, double digit over the range
would indicate the early stage of liver cancer data established
almost 30 years ago. I have had the experience with AFP swung back
and forth during the period of 1994~1999 at the edge of
liver cancer. I think as 
3."...妈妈很久之前乙肝就已经完全治愈，每年都去医院检查，
结果乙肝表面抗原一直是阴性的，我不知道"表面抗原"英文
怎么说，好像是HBsAg，检查是"-"(negative)，
总之是体内没有乙肝病毒了，....."患者. that 2 items you have to
pay particular attention.
