The recent development of Sogo case reminds me the similarity between Sogo Department Store and my Muir Lodge.
The reason I tried to publish my old correspondence with the governor of California
is to show the public how two different people in two countries to resolve their problem with different approach.
- Both needed funding badly at time of crisis.
- Involved government assistance.
- 3rd parties trying takeover the owner ship by behind scheme maneuvering.
- Taiwan used Financial Department while CA used DHS to add pressure.
- Sogo had to surrender its company management by order from Top while Muir directly made appeal and found its own funding.
- Sogo became a national scandal of Taiwan government corruption, while the US local crook backed off from manipulation of Muir lodge and leave him alone. Or DHS will face the lawsuit and personnel involvement will end up loosing their job and pension.
Both of the victims had been under the rules of the law. The Sogo had been in the hand of fake judicial system while Muir Lodge has been under unshakable department of Justice. People will have to pay high price if they are trying to manipulate the rule of law.
