Defination of Organized crime:  Organized crime, however defined, is characterized by a few basic qualities including durability over time, diversified interests, hierarchical structure, capital accumulation, reinvestment, access to political protection and the use of violence to protect interests.

陳水扁 is SOT. Gang of an organized crime.
In America, I never heard the phrase SOT only SOB. The guy in KMT wanted to interpret the wording SOT is trying to beatify and mouth wash for陳水扁. In fact, SOT equal SOB with my interpretation.
It is very apparent that 陳水扁 does not care about what people’s thinking of him anymore. It looks like that he thought he was in Las Vegas. With the chip he stole from the voters he could play game with Uncle Sam. If he wins a permit of transit in New York Air port, he may win back his popularity of green party as well as some others.  Otherwise, he lost his respect from people but he himself got nothing to loose.
         陳水扁 fits in the defination of an organized crime.Please check the above mentioned definination. He did not have his own money. He can scam people’s trust of their money. They, 陳水扁’s gang, knew very well that people entrusted them with all resource and assets so that people in Taiwan can live a better life in the future. 陳水扁also knows that with entrusted power he can do what ever he considered proper. As a result, he lost the chip people entrusted him. He has left all people humiliated by Uncle Sam.

18 years ago I encountered an organized crime and was the key victim of that scam in the State. The FBI took a year to investigate the Gongs of 4 Seas. Billy Tseng & his gangs cheated millions of dollars from lot of innocent people. They were indicted and I was called for taking the witness stand in Las Vegas.  Billy Tseng was sentenced 8 years in Federal jail. Billy was deported back to Taiwan, and I don't know if Taiwan law-enforcement has taken action to put Billy Tseng to jail or not. If no action taken, that would prove how bad the judicial system is in Taiwan.

The whole team of 陳水扁 looked like exact the same in Taiwan when 陳水扁 cheated people’s vote with 2 bullets. He got money power and government resource and can gamble what ever he wants to. The only things we people do not have are the un-bias judicial system. I am wondering after 陳水扁 retires whether the people of Taiwan will let him go free or face the indictment of Taiwan judicial system.

          I am feeling sad that people in Taiwan does not react  furious and make protest against their president. The same feeling also applies to the old thief Lee.  Lee still enjoys the pension he do not deserve. Worse still, He receives national pension sum much bigger than that of all the retired President of the United States. Yet, he does not recognize The Republic of China as the official title of the country who pays him pension periodically. If this is not most ridiculous thing in this world, I do not know what else it must be called. By the same token, it looks like that people in Taiwan would let 陳水扁 get away with what he has been doing and betraying the people’s trust. It is really a SHAME.
