引用文章CNN憑什麼決定台灣總統的去留！吃人夠夠！ After following the flood news for a while, I finally understand why people are so upset by a CNN WEBPOLL about if people think Ma should step down. They felt that their nationality was being insulted by this poll. However, I must stress the fact that this is a web poll and ANYONE can take it. I don't see the poll anymore, ergo for CNN it is not a major issue, nor they care. They have done plenty of other absurd webpolls that I have seen. So why people take them seriously? I think it is absurd that the Taiwanese media is using a CNN web poll. I don't know what they are trying to show but definitely no one here in America takes that web poll seriously. Taiwanese News Media in this case has no journalistic integrity nor ethics. CNN on the other hand, it is just practicing their right of freedom of the press. They can release any poll on their website. Frankly, that is a side affect of Free Press. CNN carries no responsibility of how people react or vote in their polls. There are many Taiwanese bloggers demanding that CNN apologize... but WHY? why should they? Why is it so important for CNN to apologize for a poll that they deemed trivial? But that brings another question to mind... Why are Taiwanese people so quick to anger? So sensitive to EVERYTHING ??? Don't these people have a mind of their own? able to judge what's important and what's not? How many percent of Americans saw that poll you think? There are probably more percentage of people that read the news article about Ma accepting Blame for typhoon rescue than the web poll. And in that article it did not reference Ma as "This man". In fact, up until this day, I am not able to find that wording in any CNN article. If anyone can provide the link to that article, I'd greatly appreciated.
