| 各大企業這幾年怕大家上班沒事幹，只想玩部落格或臉書，所以流行要員工使用「關鍵績效指標」-KPI(Key Performance Indicators)。這是來自1992年哈佛商業評論的平衡計分卡(Balanced Score Card)，但是可把所有單位的基層主管給搞慘了。
