Attached below please find an online critique which is self-explanatory.  But why those Taidu politicians became mentally deranged and are unable to make their statements consistent as subject title suggested?  The author didn't tell us.  Well, I think the root cause for them to talk those mumbo-jumbo has been their deliberate deceiving themselves as well as others, trying to "kidnap" all people in the island in a world of make-believe.  Because their words totally deviate from the reality of international politics; therefore, it is no wonder they are talking and acting like silly clowns.  Ha!
