I just read a report from Huanqiu network that President of Mexico has vetoed subject agreement, which was bilaterally signed just a few days ago. If so, that would be a blatant repudiation against a formal international contract. I wonder how that Mexican president shall face China leaders at the upcoming APEC in Beijing? I may be wrong, but I doubt US might probably thwart the plan and imposed much pressure upon Mexico not to build a made-in-China high-speed railway in its backyard. The report also says that Mainland's Ministry of Commerce has not received the message, and thus yet to make any comments on the news. Let's just wait and see. |
