A Mainland internet contrarian wrote something, saying he admires the life style in Nationalist China, especially the one of Shanghai.  Soon he received a torrent of objection, ridicule, and even vitriol from his readers.

FYI, some KMT politicians always emphasized that China Mainland should "respect the fact of an existing ROC".  Well, ROC may be still lingering on, and it is a de facto existence, too. but I dont respect it at all.
