In China Mainland, people may use an internet phrase "sprinkle dog food" to describe a loving couple publicly showing their affection to each other.  Some of the "acting" may make viewers uncomfortable, but the one attached below, between two TV celebrities: Prof. Lai Yueqian and Ms. Zhou Yuqing, is interesting and sweet.
