Have you ever screamed, struck, and kicked when you are in deep sleep? You had better not becacuse such moves indicate a disease called RBD(REM Behavior Disorder), a disease I learned from an online report yeasterday. (REM stands for Rapid Eye Movement.) The report says the "patients" of RBD are liable to suffer from Parkinson, muti-functional atrophy, and/or dementia within ten years. It sounds scary to me because every once in a while those symptoms would occur to me. One night in sleep last year I dreamed of hitting at something but swung and missed, the next thing I knew was I fell onto the floor and so hurt my cervical spine. Therefore, the report suggests the "patients" should visit neurologists for some prognoses. Dear friends, particularly fellow seniors, I hope all of you stay far away from such a disease.
