What rumors did China's Mainland start? What words that Premier Lee of Singapore didn't say? Report said during/after three days' state visit to China, Premier Lee reiterated that Singapore will continue to follow One-China policy and to oppose Taiwan Independence. Flustered and exasperated, Cai's Commitees of Mainland Affairs and pro-DPP media immediately claimed that Lee didn't say he opposes Taiwan Independence. To say or not to say, does it really matter? Doesn't One-China Policy imply that there is no room for Taidu, one China vs. one Taiwan, and two states of China? So what's the difference does it make? Why do Cai's administration and DPP care so much about the words from a city-state that so tiny as a mass of "nasal crap"? In fact, what Cai's administration protested was just a gesture, telling stupid islanders, "See? I did do something (stupid) for you." |
