Today a heat wave started to hit the Bay Area.  The temperature here went up to as high as 45 degree Celsius in daytime, and the heat will last throughout this long weekend.  Authorities constantly gave out high temperature alert through pre-recorded messege to residential housings, as well as through broadcasting via TV and radio all day long. 

Due to relatively low humidity, I didnt feel the high temperature that terrible as that of Taipei at 35 degree.  As long as people dont expose themselves long enough to the scorching heat beneath the Sun, I guess it will be okay.  Well, no wonder California is an exceptionally gifted place in the world. 

I hope you guys could beat the so-called "Autumn Tiger" in Taiwan.
