I dont remember from where I was told that standing on tiptoes occasionally could help "strengthen your virility and preserve your body essence". Well, I am not a nostrum believer in kind, and, to tell you the truth, I dont have much need for those "benefits" any longer. Recently, though, Ive made a habit of standing on tiptoes while I am urinating, brushing my teeth and combing my thin hair(why bother combing already thin hair? Because I am convinced that constant comb may prevent further hair loss.) In fact, I practice that "kung-fu" as doing an exercise for stronger calf muscle. You know, when people age the first sigh of senility is a pair of weak legs. Besides, I think the practice may enhance your sense of balance, lacking which the elderly may be liable to stumble and fall. But why am I practising it on those occasions only? Because they are taking place at home, not in public, and those are all performed in "static" conditions, for you just cant always walk on tiptoes, can you? May all of you be able-bodied throughout your entire life!
