介紹了這段影片" Can World's Strongest Dad"。



講一對父子的故事，父親名叫 Dick Hoyt，兒子名叫 Rick Hoyt，
他們兩父子在過去25年間跑了3770哩，參加了900多場的運動賽。


兒子Rick是不能說話也不能走路的！
Rick在出生時因臍帶繞頸導致腦部缺氧受損，醫生告訴父親孩子將永遠成為植物人。但Rick的父母不願意放棄他，因為在屋內活動時Rick的眼睛會緊盯著他們。

Rick十五歲的時候得知同學因意外而癱瘓，學校將為那位學生舉行跑步籌款，Rick透過電腦告訴父親他想要參加。
他根本沒有跑過馬拉松賽，但父親卻因為兒子的請求，答應參加這項不可能的任務。
於是，父親就推著15歲的兒子跑完了 5 mail的全程。


結束之後，Rick高興的對父親說:「我今生第一次不覺得殘障了！」
於是這對父子就常以"Team Hoyt"開始參加馬拉松賽、三項鐵人賽、游泳、騎腳踏車、越野滑雪...。跑步時，父親Dick就推著兒子Rick跑；
  

游泳時，父親就拖著兒子躺著的橡皮艇游；
  

騎自行車時，父親就騎著特製的自行車將兒子放在自行車前騎。
  
今年，父親 Dick和兒子 Rick分別為65歲和43歲，已完成他們第24次波士頓馬拉松在 20,000名參賽者中排名第 5,083。
他們的最佳時間是在1992年的兩小時40分(只落後世界紀錄35分鐘)。

兩年前的一次比賽裏，父親 Dick輕微心臟病發。
其後醫生發現他的一條大動脈有95%栓塞了；其中一名醫生對他說：「若非你一直保持著這樣好的狀態，你可能在15年前就已經不在人世。」
原來，看似一直為著兒子而努力的父親，
無形中也得到了他該有的奬賞(魚幫水、水幫魚)。

每年父親節，Rick會請父親吃晚飯，他說：「我最想送給爸爸的，是請他坐在椅子上，由我推他一次！」這當然是玩笑話。

一個已被醫生放棄的病人，由永不放棄的父母＋健全的社會福利資源，創造了感人的傳奇..........。
