| 7/9/2022 from what i suffered some keys not working such as space bar, b,n(not all together 1st time but one then two then 3,not sure the 4th would be) ps the 4th is "/" which just happened when i wrote this opinion.

Letters and notices sent may be from subsidiaries and/or affiliates of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. --this is what i received email from chase bank. due to att-yahoo weird login failed problem i cant but login on 06/19/2022 6:53am finally can login and read the email(later it failed again when it can i immediately made a copy then failed until today, hope it wont happen again, the weird is that email also disappeared). i called 6/20 but forgot it was holiday, 6/21 around 4pm was told too late the dept already closed and gave me the direct phone number so today (6/22) i called about my concern that online followed the email instruction but showing "Please note: You dont have any notices or letters." posted in my replaced new amazon credit card account(not the previous stolen credit card but can see all statements since i applied). the security dept lady with heavy foreign accent cant but request chinese translator, she just tried to convinced me the person used my credit card to pay mar and april amazon prime membership fee were all refund so case closed in stead to find out why there is no on line notice or letter, could it be possible the person deleted or their system got trouble. in the beginning she tried to convince me have patience maybe 1 hour later would receive. so i remind her the email dated on 6/16 and declared posted in my account, today is 6/22. she transfered me to another dept. the 2nd lady also insist money refund cant see any problem so i remind her again, when client didnt receive the notice or lette on line can she mail to me, she declared no way can mail so i insist talk to her boss. this time waited too long the translator cant but disconnect as the rule only allow 10min waiting. another 15+? min finally the boss answeared he agreed to mail the notice or letter should receive 3-5 business days. the worst there is no way to know who is the person stole my credit card and i told the boss the person got all my private informations that already told bank and their security dept. i also saw my email account recieved the mails but immediately disappeared before i can click to read them. this is why so many bad seeds in usa not Russia or China did but americans and/or immigration in usa included illegal. since i reported on 4/14/2022, every now and then verified with security dept always told me under investigation, finally 6/16 sent the email to me but cant find the notice or letter on line. the 1st lady mentioned their system has some kind event happened, it need more time. ps 6/23/2022 i did receive CHASE sent another email about their "security & privacy" portion seemed updated which delcared "keep your accounts secure". indeed showing my credit score over 800 that is the security dept lady declared cant see any wrong happens. the person 1st time used my credit card twice and be caught but it is not the excuses for Chase refused to tell me the thief name and address so can verify is stranger or unknown person knew me very well without my knowing. can i trust their new update system? NO. with solid evidence still cant tell me. today Chase provide free and encouraged to link with all money-related like "solidate in one place", in the future if quit because their service charge fee will chase sell my informations to hacker? there is a rumour att email system leaked/sold their clients informations. the question is the person stole my credit card and all my personal information can chase "security & privacy" protect me well in stead to help me find out who is the person, is stranger or any relation to spouse side relatives or their friends especially their kids and kids side spouse relatives... over 20 years never can catch the person?
