為什麼這世界

會紛爭不息？

鬥爭、戰爭，

顛沛、流離！

歸根揭底是由於

人性的自私自利。

甚而進之而且會

公然的損人利己。

領導者如損人利己，

民眾會群起反抗你。

普通人如損人利己，

別人會結夥反擊你。

國家如損人利己，

別國會聯合攻擊你。

團體如損人利己，

別的團體會抵制你。

每一個個體或團體

都有追求幸福的權力。

但幸福必須自己創造，

不能搶奪別人而自利。

幸福不須複雜又奢華，

可以來自簡單而平易。

幸福其實是心情的事，

與物質並沒多大關係。

無論如何千萬不可

自私自利損人利己！

要修身養性清心寡欲。

要提倡公德力行公益！

人心如保持自私自利，

世界會永遠紛爭不已。

大家如放棄自私自利，

世界會永遠和平安逸。

Source of Turmoils

Why is our world

conflicting endlessly?

With war and struggle,

we wander, suffer incessantly!

It is ultimately

due to human’s selfishness,
and further blatantly

harms others to benefit oneself.

Leaders if harm others

to benefit themselves,

people will rally together

to revolt against them.

People if harm others

to benefit themselves,

other people will fuse together

to fight against them.

If a country harms others

to benefit oneself,

other countries will ally together

to attack this country.

If a group harms others

to benefit oneself,

other groups will band together

to boycott this group.

Every individual or group
has the right to pursue happiness.
But we must create it ourselves,
cannot rob others to satisfy our selfishness. 

Happiness is not complexity and luxury;
it can come from plain and simple things.
Happiness is actually a mood of mind；

it does not matter much with material things.

In any case never be selfish, and

harming others, benefiting ourselves.
Cultivate our characters and ascetics.

Advocate public welfare and social ethics.

If we people keep on being selfish,
the turmoil of our world will never cease.
If we can forsake all the selfishness,
our world will be forever in peace and ease.
