简单记录最近的心得。 1. Do not build alignment on numbers, build on strategy instead 针对达成结果的策略及过程建立共识,而非仅是结果 2. Authenticity is a two-way commitment 真诚是双向承诺 3.It takes Cognition (Brain - know what to do), Commitment (Heart - want to do), and Capability (Hand - know how to do) to create possibilities. Simply talking about the possibility is not different from dreaming 必需有认知(脑),态度(心),及技能(手),才可以真的“创造可能”。空谈只是发梦 4. Connect yourself to the belief, and do not be trapped by people who fail to bring it to life 将自己直接与信仰或中心价值联结,不要被人的行为绊倒而失去了信念 5. Without accountability, there’s no interdependency 与他人谈彼此之间的依存度之前,应该先谈自己的责任 6. The real balance is not to be twisted by the company, and also not to be too obsessed with staying who you are. Try to be perceived not as a black sheep, but an icon, a beacon to shape the culture. 不被工作扭曲,也不要过分执着于坚持自我。尝试成为正面而有建设性地改变职场文化的指标性人物,而不只是被标签成 ”为反对而反对”的黑五类 7. Without inner balance built in your heart, simply pursuing a superficial “work and life balance” by spending more time out of work is not getting you anywhere. 追求“内在平衡”远胜于表面上工作与休闲时间分配的数字平衡 8. Do not ever assume that your idea will be implemented simply by communicating it 领导永远不要假设你说了事情就会发生,如何建立起追踪的机制及了解没发生的原因,并对症下药,才是让事情发生的关键 9. The role of management is to clearly understand the mission of your superior, and to cascade down to your subordinate 管理阶层的职责,就是“承上启下” 10. Constantly challenge yourself not to be a “rubber stamp”. Understand the role to play 确实扮演角色,不要只是橡皮图章。别当头文字D在沪宁线上的常州站(经站不停!) |
