告施明德詐欺，已經納入考慮

太公鈞鑒！

看您的英文很累，因為不大習慣，痞瘋英文實在不夠，所以已有構想，讓大家以後不必查字典，就能輕易看懂所有的語文，外國人看非拼音的漢字較易解決，痞瘋兩岸三地的專利已經下來，拼音文字就比較麻煩，但概念已有，不過仍有不少枝節問題需解決，痞瘋現在又無心於此，所以就得等一等了！

我們這裡有人正在做對施明德的撻伐研究，資料幾乎齊全，至於如何發動與是否會真正進行則尚有爭議，而告施明德詐欺，我已經納入考慮，但目前政情渾濁，痞瘋個人不認為這是重點，如何幹掉藍軍的票房毒藥，可惡的敗類馬英九才是痞瘋的當務之急！

第三二章詐欺背信及重利罪

第 339 條

意圖為自己或第三人不法之所有，以詐術使人將本人或第三人之物交付者，處五年以下有期徒刑、拘役或科或併科一千元以下罰金。

以前項方法得財產上不法之利益或使第三人得之者，亦同。

前二項之未遂犯罰之。

第 317 條

依法令或契約有守因業務知悉或持有工商秘密之義務，而無故洩漏之者，處一年以下有期徒刑、拘役或一千元以下罰金。

「假倒扁之名，真救民進黨」? You are too kind to 施明德!!!

To my knowledge,「假反貪腐名, 真富施錢包」, 才是構成詐欺的最基本要件.

Come on! Someone has to file a civil lawsuit against him. Otherwise, a wish is just a wish, not reality come true.

In USA, no one can file a class lawsuit except he has an "interest" in it. That's why almost every big law firm buys ONE share of big companys' stock. I didn't "donate" a penny to his "movement." So don't blame me of just talking. I am not in the position to file a lawsuit against him.

Somebody has to take action, and digs out how they have used 倒扁承諾金. Once filing in a lawsuit, 倒扁總部 have no choice but to release all the information for the operation of fund. It is American laws (I have no idea on Taiwan's law): a lawsuit is a public proceeding and that each party has subpoena power to force the other to produce pertinent documents, names and addresses of possible witnesses, and to answer questions under oath (get serious. If you lie, you are a criminal. No longer a civil case, okay?) in interrogatories and depositions as well as in court at the trial itself.

Don't just seat there. Do something! How about Rebecc who, claimed in CDN, donated NT$20,000 go start the fire?
