在母親節的前夕, 想起了去年在美國很流行的一首歌: "The Mom Song" 是由Anita Renfro 所創的歌. 她是ㄧ位作家, 音樂家, 也是ㄧ位演講專家. 她將ㄧ位媽媽在24小時裡所說的話 濃縮成一首2分又55秒的歌. 字裡行間Anita以一種美式的幽默 似是數落自己的成天嘮叨, 但在在透露了對孩子的關心, 擔心, 噓寒問暖, 希望給孩子做好的, 又怕寵壞了孩子, 希望孩子能玩的盡興, 又怕功課做不好, 希望孩子比人強, 又怕孩子強出頭..... 這些也都是我們當母親的矛盾吧?! 僅以此首歌獻給 媽媽們 聽完歌 除了會心的ㄧ笑 也想想 明天起, 我們要對孩子 說什麼? ?? 歌詞如下: Get up now Get up now Get up out of bed Wash your face Brush your teeth Comb your sleepy head Here’s your clothes And your shoes Hear the words I said Get up now Get up and make your bed Are you hot?
