Sinopharm announced yesterday that over four million people, either of domestic or from abroad,  had inoculated its COVID-19 vaccine, and there had no severely adverse side effects been found. 

Again, believe it or not.  But I believe it simply because Sinopharm is a state-affiliated company, so China Mainland will not gamble her credibility and reputation on any inauthentic announcement.  By contrast, many a panelist in the talk shows sponsored by green TV exaggerated any unfavorable reports against the made-in-China vaccines to utmost without believable evidences and plausible logics. 

FYI, recently I often watched those entertainment-like politic talk shows on green TV stations.  I would like to see how low the brain of those TV pundits can go.
