I woke up to the rain outside the windows this morning, and to my surprise, I felt comfortable when I found my room filled with coolness. It made me think of my days back in Taipei.

    Today would be my last day "on duty". What I'm going to do next would be enjoy the Chinese New Year! That's been all I'm waiting for 'cause it could well mean to me no more confinement indoors. I swiped the curtain open and welcomed the horizons into my view. All I saw was of total difference from that of the days before. Although the mountains were no more visible in the shivery rain, I was deluged by the buildings in gray and the sky in silver. Except for the golden rays spread by the sun like shining sparks in dust size everywhere, the blurry scene only on days like today is my secondly appreciated masterpiece from the nature.

    Everyone out there seems to be busy preparing for the up-coming festival. Wherever you see people on the street these days, you see smiles. People are definitely busy, or to put it in another way, "dreadfully" busy. But later on, they'll all get themselves red envelopes. Adults would be putting money in, while children would be taking it out. Anyway, it's the happiness shared together that matters. It's coming! Tic tac, tic tac...

    Coincidence has the two major holidays bash into each other. So which side are you going to impress? Striking a balance between the both doesn't seem to be an easy task this year. Keep it up, and I'll wish you luck!
