Again... But Not Bad

Last night we visited Yie Zong St. again. This time, we got another company, Sunny. In deference to my previous lesson, we didn't think much about the TTJ Bus. We took the 88 there.

In the name of weekends, people seemed to be more willing to hang out last night. The Spring Market was literally "jammed"! Litters and noises were anytime and everywhere. Luckily, we managed to evade them in the nearby bookstore, Stepping Stone.

    But crowds are everywhere.

Although there is no way avoiding all the people is such a famous spot, we found it easier for our ears to rest in a bookstore. There, we bought Jason a pair of glasses which we deemed it a bargain! Its lenses are replaceable, with four sets of lenses already included in the same pack. Each set of lenses is of different function. The non-colored one is for pure blocking stuffs out; the yellow one is for driving in poor illuminated environments; the blue one is for blocking blue rays generated by screens; the black one, you know what that is for. The total price for all these is only NT$299! And most of all, it really looks cool. Now I start feeling jealous for those who aren't near-sighted. Had I not had to wear glasses, I would've got myself a pair of that.

Sunny has long been curious about "麻辣燙". But she was disappointed when the LED sign hung there not lit. Poor her, for the taste is really a wonder.

Still, I didn't go to the candy shop this time. It looks like I'll have to put it off 'til I'm back to Gonguan…

Thanks for your comment.
I'm sorry that I've kept it in English all the time, but that happens to be my main point. My initial hope was that I might be able to improve my writing through blogging in English, but I've never thought of it this bothering.
I appologize for my linguistic mistakes that might have caused you problems reading my articles. I'll try to be more careful while writing them from now on. Also, I'll try to write some in Chinese next time. Be back to check this out!
Happy New Year!

p.s. Try to read articles by yourself more instead of using online translations. Sometimes, it's only you who can appreciate the meanings while machines have a flavor ofdistorting them...
