What we need to learn

1.Forgiveness – the health source. I forgive my own wrong mistakes. I forgive those hurt me. Then I

have less anxiety, depression, and pain.

 2. Warm: the temperature of happiness. Keep myself warm physically and mentally. Keep others in warm by my smiles and concern.
    3. Forgiveness: Living in the moment. Past would never rob of the energy and function of my present.

 4. Contact: touching people and also being touched by others. The unexpressed love would become hated; the untasted happiness would become depression.
5. A sense of belonging: I belong to, therefore I am. I
nterpersonal relationships are an important tool for growth.
    6. Trust: You may be more willing to take risks?
    7. Concentration: the present moment is the only time you have. The luckier are those who open their mind and live concentrated on the present.
    8. Empathy: an extension of perception
    9. Humility: you are not the only pride in this world.
10. Patience: have you let your soul left behind it?
    11. Generous: re-demarcation of the border 
    12. Respect: a closer look and carefully listening.
    13. Flexible: Shun and prosper, Fight and die.
14. Memory: have you not forgotten anyone?
    15. Loyalty: Do not get lost.
    16. Thanksgiving: The most likely road to happiness.
    17. Service: excellent opportunity.
    
18. Joy: our natural state.
